Our internet connection has been garbage these past couple of weeks. Exasperating when I have to make multiple video calls every evening for my job. So bad tonight - had to use my mobile service to make my calls. Please get it together, @optimum @OptimumHelp.

@OptimumHelp @optimum Sound on specifically @nflnetwork channel on Mobile iPad app been skipping/scratching for 3 STRAIGHT WEEKS. Tried Restarting/Re-downloading dozens of times. still No fix. NO OTHER CHANNEL on entire app with this issue. Disappointing on #NFLCombine weekend 😢

Tried testing problem other friend’s, Family’s, and co-workers devices to see if it was just my device. ALL THE SAME PROBLEM (tried More Than 10), NonStop Skipping and scratching of sound was n @nflnetwork channel of @optimum @OptimumHelp mobile iPad app.

Hey Optimum! My automatic payment set on my bill amount however you keep bumping your prices every second month and the system can't take a different amount from what was set and you keep disconnecting my service for "non-pay" and after charging ALL possible fees!! @OptimumHelp

@optimum another dissapotment from you and your so called "supervisor" that promised my issue would be resolved by today. Hours spent on the phone explaining my isuses and false results is where we are again. How your still in business is beyond me.

@optimum has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Had no cable since December, technicians blame the wires outside, several service appointments set up only to be discarded by @optimum but my bill is paid on time!

@ShaunPandolfi @optimum @verizonfios It's beyond ridiculous with them, they lead you on like they care and my issue would be addressed. Not only will I dispute payment since this started at the end of December I'm filing for full reimbursem*nt since I've had this horrible service.

@AmySaurusRex @optimum This is happening in my neighborhood too. Cables have been down on & off for 3 weeks in my backyard. It’s fixed one day then another crew comes and pulls it down again. Last night they left 10ft of it coiled on the ground. Really unsafe and no one can tell me when it will end.
