One of the biggest mistakes we made by contracting with @optimum for phone service. Paying for over s month and still don’t have a functioning phone number for our business. Customer service is useless. Jerks You off and delivers nothing

@aneel @optimum Ah, if there's 70 units then my guess is they never retrofitted the splitter to boost the carrier signal for internet traffic. Fine for cable tv watching. Lousy for DOCSIS/internet traffic.

@DanielSquadron @bradhoylman Certainly. Brad wrongly attempted to tie two issues together. I merely pointed out the problem. You doubled down. During my time, I remember being asked to co-sponsor a bill doing the same thing when Cablevision (a Dolan property) threatened not to carry YES. I declined.

@AmySaurusRex @optimum This is happening in my neighborhood too. Cables have been down on & off for 3 weeks in my backyard. It’s fixed one day then another crew comes and pulls it down again. Last night they left 10ft of it coiled on the ground. Really unsafe and no one can tell me when it will end.
