   Press the Windows key + .. This keyboard shortcut opens the Windows emoji panel, which makes it easy to insert a smiley emoji.

   • Press Ctrl+⇧ Shift+U. Then release the keys.

   • Type 283b and press ↵ Enter for ☻.
