  they sell you the cars run and drive which mean itshould runs and drives without any issues. but when itget toyour shop iteven itdoes notrun.i bought several cars from copart which they sold itas run and drives and they did notrun.and when icalled copart they told mewe can rerun itfor you and when they reruned only brought half ofwhat ipaid for thecar. please donot get excited and pay too much for those junks unless you gocheck the cars you getting before the sale other wisethey will going toget you and for them iswin win game.they get ahuge auction fee when you buy and another crazy auction fee when you sell.so ifyou are not checking what you bidding onshop atyour own risk!!!… – show

  If you are ever that unfortunate that your car isa total loss and istowed toCopart inMobile before you get the chance toget your personal belongings out— you rather get there quick. They stole everything besides the license plate. Customer Service just pushed meout for weeks telling methat they will send everything bymail… ofcourse they neverdid.

  Total loss for meabout $300plus paperwork with personal information onit isgonetoo.

  The best words Ican find todescribe Copart Mobile (more correctly, their satellite lot upthe road inTheodore) are incompetent and unprofessional. Iwas considering several RVs and wanted tohave them inspected byan inspector ofmy choosing…not someone affiliated with Copart. Icalled the facility several times towork thisout, including determining what requirements the inspector would need tomeet, including membership,etc. Iinformed the inspector concerning this and hearrived with his assistant toconduct the inspection. His assistant was told she'd need topay for amembership…not simply use the guest membership she'd already signed upfor. Ihad earlier asked aCopart employee what level ofmembership was required and was told that any level, including the free guest membership would work. Eventually, she simply waited inthe car instead ofassisting ininspections and documenting RVcondition. Additionally, Iwanted the inspector todetermine whether any ofthe units would start, asseveral were advertised asRun and Drive. Ilater talked with another Copart employee (Heath, Ibelieve was his name) and hesaid that they had had RVfires atthat location when people attempted tostartRVs.) This sounds stupid. Have you ever heard ofa fire extinguisher? How doyou expect people tothoroughly inspect vehicles they are buying (as the Copart website advises) ifthey can't determine whether they will start? Ipaid asubstantial amount ofmoney toget these inspections/evaluations done and much ofit was wasted, despite the inspector's best efforts. Actually, Idon't even have time orenergy that will allow meto convey the true magnitude ofCopart incompetence atthe Theodore satellite location.Sad. Also, don't waste your time asking for areturn phone call. I've done itseveral times with nosuccess. Instead, select the number 3option asif you're returning their call. That's assuming you can tolerate the incompetence atTheodore oryou have other Copart locations available toyou.… – show

  Had aninsurance company using copart toprocess our total loss. Ittook over 2months todo paperwork. Had tosend the paperwork originally askedfor, then itwas lost had tosend itagain isreally disappointing hopefully Ican figure out where they're strengths and weaknesses are Ireally hope tonot have towork with them again inthis condition ofmanagement.

  Staff has always been pleasant and helpful inpurschasing, picking upor having vehicles delivered. The few times there were problems, they were quick tostart working incorrecting them. Iam very pleased with the services they perform.
