Love when @Chase closes your checking account and sent your direct deposit paycheck back to payroll. Never contacted me or anything until I called to ask why I was unable to access my funds. Now I get to drain my savings when paying rent, car payment and credit card Monday.

@ChaseSupport , horrible customer service for Saphhire Reserve card holders aswell who pay $550.. on hold for more than 1hr each day from last 3 days. Not issuing tickets even after charging $1000 more from original ticket as a change fees due to COVID..SHAME

Had savings as USDC, moved pretty easily to a bank (only catch was ACH delay). Tried to wire the money as a down payment on a house and now I'm stuck in an infinite loop of "support specialists" with a locked @Chase for "suspicious activity". Not feeling tradfi today.

@ChaseSupport On the phone for about 2 hrs plus the virtual agent continues to be of no help to resolve my airline credit issue. I have $766 credit that was told can be booked today for use by Oct next year yet I can’t get through so I expect an extension to this airline credit
