Unsanitary and ignored by customer serviceSeverely disappointed and grossed out with the dress I ordered for my engagement party. The dress quality was not as it seemed to be in the photo, there were seams coming loose within the corset part of the dress (inside) But upon trying to zip it up, I noticed a little red/brown stain where someone would have likely pinched their skin and bled as they previously tried on the dress. There was a blood stain inside the dress and outside the dress. Images and a email was sent the same day I received the parcel. They thanked me for reaching out and asked for 1-2 business days to investigate. 7 BUSINESS days later and I haven’t heard back, and have had 5 of my emails ignored now. I can’t afford a new dress until I get my refund for this dress. My first ever order from babyboo, and will be my LAST!!!

this company is total scamthis company is total scam, do not shop with them.I wanted to return the order and they didn't returned me the money but gave me some voucher which I can not use because they are not in EU and you have to pay taxes and duties to get their delivery.do not shop with them, total scam!!

Horrible materialI’ve purchased 3 different dresses by them all damaged and faulty after 15 minutes in them. The best they could offer me is 30% off my next purchase which will not be happening very bad in sizing as well as it all runs very smalls not too mention Ali express and other sights offer same outfits for $30 with the same material. Rip off and horrible highly do not recommend it’s a waste of money.

SEIT EINEM HALBEN JAHR WARTE ICH AUF MEIN GELD ODER KLEID!!!Seit einem halben Jahr warte ich bereits auf mein Kleid… Es sollte ursprünglich an Silvester ankommen, allerdings konnte es nicht zugesendet werden. Ich hab daraufhin mein Geld zurückverlangt, da ich das Kleid nur für den Anlass haben wollte.. Hätte ich ja nicht wissen können, dass nach 2 Monaten warten, das Kleid plötzlich doch nicht verschickt werden kann. Als sie mir MEIN GELD nicht zurückgeben wollten, bekam ich als Entschädigung( 2 Monate später) einen Gutschein im Wert von 130€. Sobald ich allerdings den Gutscheincode eingegeben hab, war dieser plötzlich nur noch im Wert von 80€. !?! Wie kann das sein???Als abschließende Krönung werde ich seit einem Monat ignoriert. Toller Service !! Also falls ihr zu viel Geld auf eurem Konto habt und spenden wollt, dann tut das hier.

This company are nothing but scamsThis company are nthg but scams!I will never ever purchase anything and whoever is reading please be careful before you spend your money with such a business that doesn't value their clients no communication, no service, misleading sizes and products! I learnt the hard way spreading the experience so others don't fall for it.Very disappointing

Awful do not buyAwful quality not as pictured. My dress was a foot shorter than the pictures. They won't make good on it and expect me to pay $20 to return it. They refuse to refund me for a faulty product but at your own risk.

No refunds for bad quality.I was told that they would not refund me for the leather pants that I purchased. The button immediately popped off before I could even try the garment, as if it was glued and not stitched. Not to mention the quality of the garment is quite poor. Do not buy from this company - they have bad business strategies.

I ordered the Ivory-colored dress for my daughter's bridal shower, as shown in the Baby Boo Product Shot. However, what I received was a Cream/Champagne-colored dress, a significant deviation from the advertised color.My request for a simple exchange for the correct color was met with a disheartening response. The company refused to acknowledge the error, attributing the difference to lighting variations between studio and natural light. As someone with 20 years of experience in advertising design, I find this explanation inadequate.Furthermore, the proposed solution of returning the dress at my expense and potentially receiving a Gift Voucher after 35 days is both impractical and unfair. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the company's customer service and accountability for their mistake.

AVOID! The worst!I did ordered last month and I didn't received my package. The shipment was undelivered and yes my address was correct. I didn't know they don't do refunds, I'm from Germany and I have no intentions to order from this website again. So I don't have a dress and I paid 113€ for nothing. Please be careful it's just a big scam!

No returns, no money back, full postage paidYou cannot return clothes, and if you do you have to pay for the return. And then you get no money back but HAVE to reorder. When you reorder you have to pay full postage. So the whole experience ends up costing way way way more than the garments in the first place. You won't keep the goods cos the fabrics are cheap and the fit is sooooo bad. So many complaints. An awful companyPLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. Please note, ALL reviews say exactly the same so must be true.

BEWARE!They do not do returns or exchanges. If you want to get another size they recommend you purchase again in the size you want and they will give you store credit. Trapping you into spending the money no matter what. There is zero customer service and the dress quality reflects why this policy is into place. OH and they charge you an additional $20 to send back. This place is honestly a scam

Stole my money!I ordered a dress from this company back in October for a formal event that I had. I was so excited to receive my dress! When I received it, I noticed that the packaging was a little small, and I thought this could not possibly be the dress that I ordered online. When I opened it, it was not only the wrong dress, but it was like an extra extra small so, even if I liked it, I could not possibly wear it on top of it not being in the same price point that I ordered my original dress. I immediately sent the company an email letting them know that they had messed up my order. I sent a picture along with the email showing them that they messed up the order. Do you know that they responded Could I send clear pictures? When clearly my order showed those dresses look nothing alike, which you could clearly tell from that picture. After the return process was completed I told them that I wanted a refund I did not want a store credit as I did not want to order anything else from the store. Had this been an issue where I just didn't want dress that I ordered, I would understand. But this was a complete miss-step by the company. It has been over two months since I've returned this item and every time I emailed them about my refund they are talking in circles and doing everything possible not to give me my money back. It is too late for me to go through my bank as it's past the dispute window. I just want my money back. It amazes me how these companies operate, have no accountability, and literally care nothing about their customers. The right thing would have been to immediately refund my money, especially given that it was their mess up.

This shop violates MANDATORY UK/EU law. In the UK/EU you have a right as a customer to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND, for example if the quality is sooo poor that you simply do not want to shop there anymore.Upon informing BABYBOO of my intention to invoke this right, i was told that they have a store policy in place according to which they cannot give refunds only store credit.They said they are "aware" of UK MANDATORY LAW. But i guess they believe they can simply write a store policy that cancels out the inconvenient parts of mandatory law.How nice it must be, if such a thing were possible, no? "Mandatory tax? O no, that's a bit inconvenient. Let's put that into our store policy as well and say that we as a company cannot be held to pay tax. Store policy has precedence over mandatory law no?"No my dear readers. I am sure that you will understand that in fact store policies CANNOT DEVIATE from mandatory law. That is illegal. Glitter falls off and no refundsSo I tried to send two dresses back cos the glitter just was falling off everywhere, on the carpet in the wardrobe and loads was stillIn the packaging before I actually got the dress out. They refused a refund saying the quality was fine! I've just seen the same dresses receiving bad reviews from other customers saying "very pretty but the glitter falls off". Why can't BABYBOO refund if customers are unhappy with the quality? It's just so so bad. I've never had a company refuse to refund when clearly the quality of the garments is simply not good enough. I strongly advise people not to buy from BABYBOO as they are just out for the money and not customer satisfaction.

No Credit Card Refunds. Poor Quality.I ordered several dresses for my nieces home coming. The dresses are poor quality, flimsy fabric and don't fit. The company is making ME pay to return the items to Australia and will only issue a store credit, no credit card refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Will never use againAbsolutely shocking, over £100 on two dresses plus a large delivery charge then the parcel gets held at royal mail as a handling charge needs to be paid of £62! Absolutely disgusting. Neve use them again..
